How to remove all the texts in vista logon screen

I know this topic really doesn't belong here but i didn't know any other place to go... :( So i wrote it here, i just thought that is there any chance to wipe out all the texts in logon screen in vista, and the other topic is that is it possible to move viorb center of the taskbar??

I really appreciate the people who helping me about this!!

I don't know if it works on vista or win7.
But on XP, there's apps that lets you change the logon-screen and what not. http://www.milnersolutions.com/logonloader/

As I don't have vista, I can't tell what you can use. But try http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/customize-your-windows-vista-logon-screen/ or something.
There ought to be someway to do it...
I don't think, therefore I'm not.
