Rainmeter.net suggestions

I was trying to suggest having a old new Tips and Tricks.
Basically, have an invisible image behind the text to make it easy to click if it's a link.

But I didn't know where to put that question.
So I'm also suggesting a Rainmeter.net Suggestion board thing for actual website suggetions.

I think bugs and feature suggestions works fine as an area for both of these. They will be seen there, and we have gone to some trouble to not make the forums too cluttered up with "specific" topics as we found that in the end this was in fact much more confusing to users.

In my mind it kinda felt weird putting it under 'Feature Suggestions' but I suppose it'll do. :P
