Updates for the Links

Greetings folks.

There have been some updates to the links area:

Removed:
Rainwiki and Acuweather have been removed

Added:
Is Mediafire and Dropbox links
This are primary suggestions concerning the following;

Some notes concerning some of the software listed:

NirCMD
has had two recent updates....
The main one of which is updating the software to be compliant and usable with Vista and Windows 7
Other goodies may exist, but I have not had time to go over everything at Nirsoft lately

Dropbox
Just today; Dropbox announced that folks can earn up to 10Gigs of free storage for their accounts via referrals.
Not everyone has received the message yet, but if you are a Dropbox user, or potential user, this will be of interest to you.

I still continue to look for valued hosting for our members skins as I will be limiting the uploads in the next few weeks, so off-site hosting and solutions will become an issue for a little while.
I will again go over the original post and look into the other suggestions (again), and add them to the forums links as well...If I see true value to our members
