Site performance

We are aware that the forums from time to time are experiencing performance issues, where it can take a long time to change pages or "submit" a post. We are looking into solutions for this, and hope you will bear with us while we sort this out. Not quite sure yet if it is some configuration problem, or that we have just "outgrown" the current hosting server instance, but we are investigating what can be done to get things more consistently "snappy".
