Don't have the time to tear Saphic apart to find the issue right now, so if you insist on that style that BBCode is going to give you problems. Sorry.
The Prosilver style look all screwed, too.

EtherPad

Ok folks....some skinny

There are two primary "Styles" in the PHPBB*
Prosiler
Subsilver 2

Almost all styles are built on these two primaries.
Both are visually handled in completely different ways
Both have their abilities and limitations.

Due to the way that Prosilver styles are developed, they do not handle iFrame coding very well.
There may also not be a fix for this issue, at least not a quick fix.

This is not to say that EtherPad can not be used in the Prosilver Style.
It just happens to work better in the Subsilver 2 styles, due to its image handling capabilities.

This was not purposely done, this is just the way it works.
JSMorley coded the BBcode for this tool, and it has no bias over one style over any other, as it is a universal BBCode.

Is this something that can be fixed...possibly...Is it a priority; NO!
The primary reason is because the Prosilver style is a nightmare of programming over the Subsilver 2.

Below is the styles identified by their style primary:
Prosilver:
  • Saphic
    Saphic Wide
Subsilver 2:
  • Rainbow Pearl_gold
Any of the Prosilver themes will apparently have issue with the etherpad iframe.
