It was the "Ü"

So a small mistake and I did not get it.

That Ü should work, but I think you will need to encode your skin .ini file as UTF-16 Little Endian to resolve a possible conflict with Windows, which is always "Unicode", and the skin, which when encoded as ANSI or UTF-8 w/o BOM will see the Ü character as "Extended ASCII".

Mind you, it works fine for me either way, and I can open that file with the umlaut with the skin encoded as ANSI or UTF-16 LE. However, there are some complexities with Locale / Language settings in Windows that probably make it more reliable to encode the skin .ini as UTF-16 LE.
