stretching histogram and line meters

Post by moshi »

i am too lazy to write a Tips&Tricks post.

if you don't like the condensed look of line and histogram meters (especially on modern monitors), you can use TransformationMatrix to stretch them.
http://docs.rainmeter.net/manual/meters/general-options#TransformationMatrix

can be used for other nice effects too, here are three examples.

Worked great for me, admittedly it nearly backed my noodle trying to figure out the required tx and ty settings. Its just a pity it renders linewidth useless on a line meter. Would it be possible to code a "stretchX=" (or whatever to call it) function into rainmeter?

Thanks for the tip Moshi.
