[SUG] Make webparser default RegExp .*

In webparser, when no regexp is used, nothing is returned.

Well, it doesn't feel right. If I don't use a regexp option, I just want to capture the whole string. It should default to ".*".

And I don't think it would cause a major backward compatibility issue.
