While there is !DeactivateConfigGroup bang, there is no !ActivateConfigGroup bang. Well yes It can be done with !LoadLayout but if we want to load different skin groups according to user settings, and we do not want to give a layout, it can be useful.
But then again, if you have not included it there must be some reason.
But then again it's good to have options :P
