ClipString isn't 1 but it applies as if it was one. (i also tried refreshing the ini file, adding dynamicvariables = 1, using both W and ClipStringW)

Check if you have used H in your meter. ClipString=2 considers H and W both, if both are out of bounds it clips. So if the H you have set can't contain the second line of the text it will clip.
