Scaling Issues

To simply put it, if you try and scale your desktop to 125% (or above), it doesn't look good. It just looks blurry and stretched:

Can this be fixed?

This is something that should be fixed. More and more monitors are above 1080p and ship with 125%+ DPI by default. Users shouldn't be enabling DPI Override, it should be enabled by default! Please!
