[SUGGESTION]Rounded corners option on padding.

Let us chew on this a bit. It's not as simple internally as rounding the corners of a "skin" or a "meter". That would require a fundamental change to how Rainmeter works. Having said that, maybe there is something that could be done with the Padding option that could fake this out in some logical way.
