I've noticed that loading Layouts won't update some values in setting tab, for example "Disable dragging" is unchecked and after loading layouts with DisableDragging=1 dragging will be disabled but "Disable dragging" still remain unchecked, checking will enable dragging.
Closing and opening Manage Rainmeter window will update values.
