I set my rainmeter items to stick on the desktop. Accidentally, I found that the items tend to come before other windows present on the desktop when I press `Alt`+`Esc`. Although this can be fixed by minimizing all the windows and then maximizing them, I'm still wondering if there is a way to fix this permanently, or if it is an internal problem. I'm using the 4.1 version on windows 10. Thanks.
