[MeasureCPU] shows wrong data

I had an old version installed and I relied on the data if was showing regarding cpu. The number was very low and I thought my cpu is very powerful. Then I realised it shows something completely wrong. Windows system monitor shows 50-70% load on average and rainmeter is rarely go above 7%. I have updated it to the lastest version and see no difference. It still shows very low numbers. In ini file it's set to Measure=CPU

Hi,

I have the same problem, but Rainmeter is not involved. Just compare with software like CoreTemp or MSIAfterburner to see that Rainmeter gives the right result. This is a problem with Windows and some hardware I think 8-).

@CyberTheWorm, it's not skin related. I tried illustro and win10 widgets.

@sephirotess, yes you're right. I've checked it with MSI afterburner and it shows the same nonsense.
