Um hello?!?! 2h Just disappeared!

I had spent just over 2h making my desktop. I install one last thing to add this cool feature, then it all just disappears. I thought nothing of it and maybe i can just reload the skins. NOPE! Wnats me to do it all again, place them where they are, change the settings of the file location for each, and every, single, one. Thanks!!!!
