Backup on install error

When installing a new version of rainmeter, either as an upgrade or a re-install of the same version, there seems to be problems with the backup utility which tries to save older versions of the default skins in a back up folder.

It asks whether you wish to back up the skins but then fails every time leaving an empty "backup" folder and replaceing the "old" skins (as far as i can tell)

For me this had litttle effect and I just had an empty "backup" folder in my skins directory but some people (as seen here) seem to have had more trouble with it

Yup. Same problem here, when upgrading to 1.1 on Win 7.

I thought this was fixed in the full release
