Gradients in meters?

Would it be possible to make possible using gradients for text without using images?

Yes, but it ain't pretty.
Put something like

Code: Select all

BackgroundMode=2
SolidColor=255,0,0,126
SolidColor2=0,0,255,126
GradientAngle=90
in a String-meter and you'll have a gradient backgrond.

But it's not possible (AFAIK) to gradient the text itself... :(
