[Feature Suggestion] Default Monitor

Welp this is a simple suggestion, just a simple dropdown thingy in the Settings menu that let's you choose the monitor on which all skins appear/get all the positioning from, if the number is greater than 1, then add @N to the WindowsXY/AnchorXY settings.
All it would requier is just writting a new value to rainmeter.ini's [Rainmeter], shouldn't be hard.
