I'm looking specifically at the Network skin of Synkro (https://www.deviantart.com/bigfeh/art/Synkro-3-Suite-for-Rainmeter-447544226). It displays netowrk download and upload speeds. I'm not getting that, nor has this ever been reported in the long beta cycle for 4.3.
I suspect an issue with your graphics driver.

Also, do you have Hardware Acceleration turned on in Rainmeter's Settings, and does it make any difference if that is on or off for you?

Thank you very much for the reply. I was forwarded here and after flipping this switch I have noted that indeed the hardware acceleration is conflicting with drivers for integrated Intel graphics card.
