It seemed like a good time to make a start menu since so many people are trying to get theirs back on Windows 8.
A skin for those of us who hide the taskbar, but still want access to most of it's functions.

Kingsoft indicates file contains a virus-wonder why?

Not sure, I use avast and never had a problem.
Probably one of the addon tools. Most came from
here .
