Animated T-Rex Program/Folder Launcher

Here is another Program / Folder Launcher for Rainmeter. Again, he has a 59 frame idle animation, and a 29 frame mouse-over animation. I have changed the script around to make customizing it as easy as possible. The .ini is documented now. It is currently set up with 10 shortcuts, but looks like it could have 3-4 more at the bottom. Easy to do.

Warning, if you have a slower/older computer, you may see a CPU hit. I have a 2.4ghz quad core (not i3-i7 series) and am running 2 instances of these menus, and I have no problems at all...

Also, There is still a little lag and stutter occasionally. If you can figure out a way to eliminate those, PLEASE let me know! Thanks!

If this works, below is an animated gif of the mouse-over animation (sped up considerably. }:]) The menu is not visible here as this is from Poser directly and not the skin itself....
