World of Tanks 2.4

I've been playing World of Tanks since the Beta Test was released and most days I find a little time to climb into my Panzer and shoot up some hostiles. They do record some of your stats on a webpage and this is my first skin that uses RegExp, which is a bit of a brain bender, I have left a Janet & John guide in the help pages for future reference where JSMorely pointed me in the right direction - Thank you Sir.

Anyhow, I'm pretty excited about this one, as it's another first for me.

Totally reworked so that you see server status & a couple of icons freeing up space.

Clicking on the:

* WoT logo toggles your statistics.
* Tank Launches the game
* Weblink icon takes you to the the WoT website

Of course anchoring the stats to the small logo means it can only go on the left of your screen...

Split into 2 skins with one shared .inc allowing stats anywhere and one location for users to edit the 3 required variables. Also means I can re-apply aero blur to stats

Updated to allow instructions to be viewed via metadata, fixed a positioning error in the stats skin and added a manual re-fresh for the keen (default update is 30 minutes).

The new WoT portal changed the URL and broke the RegExp. Replace both...
