Features:

• STEAM FRIENDS will open your friends list

• Names will open a new chat

• Avatars will open their Steam community page

• Right Click Skin for No Background Mode and to configure the variables

All you need to do is set the variable MYURL to your steam profile id to allow you to monitor your steam friends from your desktop. NO STEAM CLIENT REQUIRED.
For this skin to work properly your Steam profile must be public.

Released Update to fix Substring Errors when loading / refreshing the skin.

Update Released. Added No Background Mode and a variable to set the Title STEAM FRIENDS to Hide or Show. As well as an option to add 5 more spaces to monitor friends!

This skin is currently broken due to a change on the Steam Community webpage, and I am not too sure if Steam is blocking the User Agent for the Rainmeter Webparser. I am still investigating.
