Edit: OK, I've had a look through the API again - there is no way to get the gun or vehicle with the most kills unless you grab all your weapon and vehicle kills and sort them in order of the one with the highest amount of kills. I think what you saw were the graphics that they designed on the website using javascript and it has code which sorts the weapon and vehicle kills in order of highest to lowest.
