Weather Skin 1.2.0 Updated [WIP]

So my first attempt at a weather skin with icon for current conditions.

Small nitpick. While saying "sun rise" is ok I guess, there is actually a word "sunrise" that is the correct term for the time of day you are talking about. It's like "midnight". You could, but wouldn't, say "mid night".

"I got up at sunrise to enjoy watching the sun rise" ;-)

OK my engrish is bad :rofl:

Updated to 1.1.0 to fix that and current night condition not showing up.

Updated to 1.2.0
- Fixed issue when wind was 0
Added
- Right mouse click on skin to change between imperial/metric units

I dont know where the others go off track, but so long as i can get one of them to work i can work with it for my needs
