You might want to Shift-Refresh in your browser. I suspect you are still getting a "cached" version.

is the
Root Config gone from the skin's context menu?
http://docs.rainmeter.net/manual-beta/user-interface/context-menus#SkinContextMenus
i liked this to lauch configs of the same "suite"
i guess
Context Menu: Moved "Open folder" and "Disable dragging" options to the top of the Skins context menu for easier access.
is what causes the reverse alphabetical order here:

Hmm... I second moshi's concern about the missing rootconfig menu item.
And my initial context list of skins (right-click notification area) is in reverse alphabetical order...
Here is the difference between Manage view and Context menu for my OPEFS...
Folders are in alphabetical order, .ini files are in reverse alphabetical (but not always?). Subfolder skin.ini files are also in reverse order!??
Hope this helps...

We will take a look at that today.
The missing "root config" item is not good. That is useful indeed.
We will get things straightened up and flying right and do another beta as soon as we are sure.

Both issues should be fixed for the next beta. Thank you for reporting.
