I have yet to see any real (Save) feature within rainmeter at all, that would allow a user to completely save their entire rainmeter setup,
and packaging it up within a compressed file format such as .zip or .7z
So if a user for any reason has to reformat their computer, they dont have to do all this shenanigans again.
Almost every application in existence today, allows their users of such applications they are using to officially save their work,
they have created.
So my question is, with rainmeter with it being released and users have been using the product for quite some time now,
Why there has been no (Save) feature been implemented for this application ?

This application should be able to gather all installed modifications add-ons and any customizations a user had implemented
within rainmeter and completely save it for backup as well as be able to restore in case a user needs to.
Why everything is forced to be done by hand a.k.a manually" which is extremely tedious and not just going to:
file and selecting "Save Enter Layout" for backup purposes.
Well you can always make a portable version, I did that on a USB stick and I take my rainmeter with me when I go to work
