I'm still using Windows XP Professional SP3 and don't plan to change it in the near future. But, I found the Windows 7 Audio Plugin, which seems to be a useful plugin. I'd like to create a very simple skin, to can see the volume level. But here are the problems: in WinXP I can't do that, because this op system is not supported by Windows 7 Audio Plugin. So, anybody can help to create a similar plugin for WinXP? I hope this is not impossible and think it would be apreciated by many users. So, anybody have some ideas, how to create it?
Thank you.

Re: Volum display in WinXP
XP.. Was that before or after "Windows Me? I can never remember...
I don't know of anyone working on an XP audio plugin, but with the new C# capabilities to create plugins, someone may well decide to run XP in a VM or something (or dig that old Compaq Pentium II out of the closet) and give it a go.
