Graphics card noob help

Hi guys sorry if this seems a stupid question, but I used to have a desktop gadget in windows seven that shows a monitor of your graphics card using the RivaTurner application. I was wandering is it possible to have something similar using rainmeter just showing the core usage, temp and clock etc.??? if so is there anyone that has already made one or could make one that matches the HUD. white theme? or that could tell me where I'd need to start to make it? thanks Chris

For the graphics card you need to use SpeedFan.
But, pretty much all suits includes what you are looking for.
