Does this Chrome addon exist?

So I have some rainmeter things on the top and bottom of my monitors. Is there a way that I can have a button/shortcut to resize my window to an exact size and position so it won't block the rainmeter elements?

As far as Chrome goes, I use it exactly the same way as you describe and have for years.

Just set the size and position you want, and it will remember it.

If that doesn't work ok for you, you might try Sizer
