[Request] An .exe that can close and restart Rainmeter?

I'm wondering if someone knows of a mini exe file that can close and reopen Rainmeter, or if someone could quickly write something for me. Maybe this can be easily done with a batch file, I'm not sure. A certain aspect of my suite requires a full close and restart of Rainmeter to toggle on/off. Thanks!

Is there a reason the au3 exe is giving a smartscreen warning in Windows 8, and any way to stop that from happening? The last thing I need is a bunch of idiots posting on my deviantart page VIRUS VIRUS VIRUS DON'T DOWNLOAD! I know that I've used au3 files before and some type of setting will send off false flags to antivirus software.

I re-compiled it and attached it in my first post. See if it still does that. It's about "reputation" with that idiotic thing in Windows, and since this has never been "seen" out in the wild before, it might take a day or three to stop doing that.
