No, I didn't mess it up. The 4.3 version is working correct and the 4.2 version is acting up.

Here's the skin shown in the picture:

If the weather skin isn't loaded automatically, just load it manually. (Material>Weather>Weather.ini)

This is expected behavior. 4.3 has slightly better anti-aliasing in some places, especially for images.

Wow... Wasn't aware of that. I wouldn't say "slightly"... That's a pretty big difference if you ask me. Well done y'all
