I while back I scraped the full set of Weather Underground icons from their site (they are now owned by The Weather Channel). Their icons match Xenium's list fairly closely (as one might expect), with only minor deviations (#19 for example). In SVG and PNG format.

I've never seen TWC use icons 0, 1, or 2. I've set the location to the middle of tornado warnings, hurricanes, etc., and they always use icon 3 (severe thunderstorms). Not sure why...
You are right, I saw that during the tornadoes or during the hurricane Dorian the first 3 icons (0,1,2), were not displayed.
I saw that these icons only appear on maps in weather reports.

So, seems any variation of a condition name stands for more or less the same weather condition, doesn't it? No matter if the condition name is not the same. The names are not that important, just the real contion under the numbers, so that if i have different icons for every of the 47 condition, the icons could reliably represent the condition in any case.

I started using the WU icons for my skin a few days ago but was unable to find all of them. Thanks for the attachment.
They look really nice, especially for scalable skins.

Yeah, you really just can't map the icon number to any specific conditions text that the feed / site will return. Those vary quite a bit, and in fact I suspect there is some human intervention in that, as I often see new ones I have never seen before, that are very specific. The best you can do is make sure the icon numbers / images match the "general sense" of what the conditions are.
