Isn't Rainmeter notification area icon tray-icon?

I can't find "Create .rmskin package" in context menu, About dialog and Manage dialog.
I can't find SKin Packager application in Program files\Rainmeter, My Documents\Rainmeter and Application data\Rainmeter too.

It's under the skins list on the Skins tab of the Manage dialog as long as you have the 2.3 release candidate installed.

The skin packager is actually part of the SkinInstaller application.

Are you running the latest Rainmeter 2.3? Wait for 1 and 1/2 hours (noon EST) and the release version of Rainmeter 2.3 will be available at http://rainmeter.net.

Microsoft recommends the use of "notification area".

It's because of your visual style (which has apparently defined the link color and window background color to be near-equal). We changed it to a button for 2.3 final so it should look better with your crappy theme ;)
