Rainmeter 2.1 BETA wont open!!

hi i downloaded rainmeter 2.0 and it works fine.. but i wanted to install the other themes such as Enigma... i know that i needed 2.1 beta to install it so i decided to install 2.1.. but when i run the 2.1 this is what popped up..

Could you try installing the Visual C++ 2010 redistributable SP1 package from here (32bit) or here (64bit).

It seems that the Rainmeter installer is installing an older version of the package, which may be the source of your issues.
