[Solved] Rainmeter 2.0 doesn't start in Windows 7

Get help with installing and using Rainmeter.

Could you try starting Rainmeter in safe mode? Might be a conflict with some other app you have running..

Yes, you can use 32bit Rainmeter on 64bit platforms.

Yes of course, twice. And as I said to poiru not even the beta worked...

I'll give it a try right now. Should I try with 2.0 or 2.1?

Tried safe mode but with no changes...

Rainmeter is unable to start and Windows presents the same error message.

My Windows Update found couple other updates and after rebooting Rainmeter seems to be working fine.

At the time I said it I can assure you it was because I made it search for new updates and no updates were found! :p

I had the same exact problem and it fixed itself in a day or two. I did everything you did and more and nothing worked. Good luck.
