now I can't get my rainmeter to open and everytime I turn on my laptop a message pops up telling me I have no available skins in my folder. How do I fix this without re-installing?
(totally made an account just to ask this, lol)

If you only closed all rainmeter skins, right click the icon in the system tray. You can hit "Refresh All..." Or go to "Configs"/"Themes" and select what you want.

But I can't get Rainmeter to open. Nothing happens, even when I run it as an administrator, so it doesn't show up on my system tray.

Okay, nevermind. Suddenly all my skins are gone. I'm just gonna re-install and start over. o^o

Type this into the address bar of an explorer window:
%AppData%\Rainmeter
Open Rainmeter.ini and look for the line that starts with SkinPath, it should look something like this:
SkinPath=E:\John\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\
Make sure that the path is where you store your skins.
