The quickest way is to:

Open RainThemes from the Windows Start menu under Rainmeter.

Create a name called "Current" in the Save input at the bottom

Check the box "Remove unused skins from theme"

Click "Save"

Now we have backed up your current setup so we can get back to it easily.

====

Create a name called "Blank" in the Save input at the bottom

Check the box "Save as empty theme"
Check the box "Remove unused skins from theme"

Click "Save"

Now in the list at the top, click the "Blank" theme and click "Load"

Now you should have Rainmeter running (icon in the system tray) but no skins loaded on the screen. Did it crash? If not, proceed.

====

Close RainThemes.

Now open RainBrowser from the Windows Start menu under Rainmeter.

Click on the + next to Enigma to expand the list.

Find the first skin you want to load. Click it, make sure the skin you want is highlighted in the bottom left panel, and click "Load Skin".

Did the skin load? Still using RainBrowser, click "Restart Rainmeter". Did it crash? Assuming not, load the next skin you want the same way.

Keep doing this until it crashes. Which skin caused the crash?

Wow... Don't bother testing the rest of the skins. There is some kind of conflict with some other software and Rainmeter in general. First thing I would do is disable / turn off your antivirus temporarily, and see if that fixes it.
