Rainthemes,Browser unresponsive

I tried opening rainbrowser and rainthemes through the enigma start thing (double click enigma taskbar) and nothing happened i even used the Old fashioned way of right clicking and using start. should i reinstall rainmeter? why is this happening?

EDIT: I forgot to mention that i reformatted my computer and after reinstalling rainmeter again, i used rainstaller to backup my previous theme. could that be the problem?

Do the RainBrowser and RainThemes apps launch from the Windows Start Menu ok?

Nothing jumps out at me.

What happens if you go to C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Addons\RainBrowser\ and double click RainBrowser.exe?
