avg says mallware.gen?

D:\Program Files\customization\Rainmeter\Addons\Nircmd\Nircmd.EXE is a malware.gen and i moved it to virus vault. now what should i do ?

If you want it, put it as a exception.
Tools -> Advanced Settings -> Resident Shield -> Excluded Files -> Add the file.

Mine doesn't say it's a virus. I'm running the latest version and checked twice ^^

You need Nircmd for some skins, so I'd download a fresh version from here (scroll down all the way down to the bottom to get a download link) and replace it, just in case there actually is some infection in your file :|
