Bar peak line

Hello,

have Rainmeter a funktion for make peak lines on bars?

like this

What i mean you can see on https://www.flux.audio/project/pure-analyser-essential/ (the big animated picture at top of the site).
The bar put the line up, the line hold a time and then the line fall slow down.
