Rainmeter wont start up

https://youtu.be/mvodRJDQtFM Yeah so this has been happening, ive deleted rainmeter.ini and it didnt help. ive reinstalled it, restarted my computer, etc. nothing has helped. the only clue ive got to why this is happening is that i recently updated my computer (windows) anyone have any tips or pointers to get it working again? the update also deleted my desktop background (the one in the vid is a new one i just put on there) is it my computers fault or? idk

Got it solved just had to do a clean uninstall
