weather link not working

Hi,
My weather skin stopped working. current code is:
Url=http://wxdata.weather.com/wxdata/weather/local/#WeatherCodeLocation#?cc=*&unit=#WeatherUnit#&dayf=6
if you put in //wxdata.weather.com/wxdata/weather/local in a web browser, I receive this message. "This service is deprecated as of 01/15/2020". Has the weather.com stopped passing data anymore?

Is there another service or code change? I did see where someone changed to location script to use the actual location information. I tried changing the #weathercodelocation# to my location code USSC0251:1:US and I get nothing on the skin but I do see my info when I use it in a web browser.

any ideas?

And, supposed workarounds are;
1. use weather skin scraping weather.com web site.
2. use weather skin scraping other weather web sites, for example, Foreca, DarkSky...
3. use other weather data feed, for exemple, AccuWeather, OpenWeatherMap...

My own situation is a mixture of above.
