Although I'm using one single screen, as far as I know, you can drag Rainmeter skins to the second screen if you have two, as shown in the posted video (even if those are not Rainmeter skins). Just have to create or download the needed / desired skins and move them to the second screen, by dragging them there.
If the question is what skins to use, you have to search for some nice skins either here in the Share Your Creations section of this forum or on Deviantart.com. What do you prefer, it's up to you.

I don't see any skins published precisely for secondary screens, but most system monitoring skins should be able to be customized for use on the 5" screen.
