Yeah I knew I was being cryptic lol.

If I delete the Popup meter as you suggested, then I don't see the tooltip data.

I solved it!

The Popup meter was referenced in [MeasureToolTipText] measure. So I just changed references to Popup with MeterShapes and we're sweet.
