Different Layouts and DissableDragging
How do I make it so all of my layouts have DisableDragging=1? When I go to edit rainmeter.ini (after loading a new layout) i can change it and save my change, but when I go back to the layout it reverts it. Sometimes it does save, but it doesn't happen often. After I change the rainmeter.ini file I save it in wordpad, and I save the layout.

Add the option, then save the file.
