Attached the Skin(s) hard to tell from a picture, but my guess is you don't have the font the skin is using

I think it's worse than that. If a font wasn't found, Rainmeter would substitute the default system font, which I think might be Arial.
I think you have a problem with your system.

The first thing I would do is open a cmd prompt as administrator and type:
sfc /scannow
If that finds and fixes any issues, run it a second time until it comes up clean.
Then also in a cmd prompt as administrator:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
Then reboot and see what you get.
