Is this possible?
(I mean from inside Rainmeter. I don't want to go messing with systems files, unless it's something really simple.) I'm using Win7.

Not possible...
The worst best case is to set a skin 'Stay Topmost'... but it will constantly fight Windows to stay above the taskbar, and will not have any of the functionality of a Windows 'pinned' item.
