My .rmskin files do not show In active skins.

Before I share I always download them myself to make sure they load, however, I noticed that the ones I make do not show up in my active skins list.Is that because they are already In my layouts? and also when I edit a skin that I have used In another suite when I reload a different layout the transformation stays.for instance, if I change the color of a visualiser from blue to red to design a new layout when I reload the old layout I will be red instead of blue and I have to re-edit everything.

The .rmskin files are skin installers, you can't see them in the skins list. You'll see the skins installed by a such .rmskin, if you did it, otherwise not. Just double click the .rmskin file, to run it and follow the steps indicated by the skin installer.
